About the Client

Our client is a renowned food and beverage group with multi-branded restaurant chains in Asia. To cope with the newest trends in the food and beverage industry, they are now inviting a Head of Business to join their team to assist them with the launch of a new restaurant brand in Hong Kong.

About the Role

Reporting to the Founder of the company and leading an operations team, you will be a pivotal pre-opening team member of a new restaurant brand in Hong Kong. As the Head of Business, you will create strategic sales and marketing initiatives to launch and expand a new restaurant brand in the market, and bring in other new brands to expand the portfolio of restaurants. You will manage a back office and front-of-house team to ensure the highest quality of food is executed and ensure the highest standard of operations workflow efficiency is achieved. You will implement short-term and mid-term growth strategies to ensure they are in line with the group's vision and goals, and to cope with the continuous expansion plans. Most importantly, you are accountable for the profit and loss for the business.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree holder in any disciplines
  • Minimum 16 years' business and operations management experience managing restaurant chains and F&B start-ups
  • Strong entrepreneurial and business sense, with knowledge on the latest F&B trends
  • Excellent budget management experience
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a pre-requisite for this role
