About the Client

An industry pioneer with an evolving business portfolio is currently seeking for a passionate individual to join them as the Head of Learning & Development.

About the Role

  • Drive and implement the overall learning and development (L&D) strategy to align with the organization objective in ensuring the capacity and skills of employees
  • Lead a team of learning and development professionals to set and execute the learning and development strategy, conduct learning needs assessment, develop and review training design and delivery, sourcing and evaluation of different programmes to meet the organizational and individual development needs
  • Act as the internal advisor to offer professional advice to Business Units / Functions to ensure their learning and development needs through effective curriculums
  • Advocate learning culture, conduct market research and benchmarking for best practice, emerging trends and continuous improvement
  • Enhance learning effectiveness and facilitate data driven learning culture via LMS
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as consultants / suppliers to ensure the training quality, programme standard and compliance of relevant policy

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Occupation Psychology or relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in the area of learning and development and or talent development within a multi layered and vast organization
  • Professional qualification in human resources, learning and development or executive coaching will be a definite advantage
  • Proven records of L&D design and implementation, organizational development and change management
  • Experience in leadership, business management and soft skills training is preferred
  • Strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to details with good communication skills
