About The Client
Our client is a leading retail / brand management company. They are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead the function, responsible for determining staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies and leading employment branding initiatives. You will excel in full-cycle recruiting, possess strong sourcing skills, and ensure positive candidate experiences.

About The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will lead a team and held accountable for TA-related activites and strategies:

- Determing current staffing needs and producing forecasts
- Identifying and managing various sourcing channels such as job boards, consultants, external tie-ups., to fulfill hiring needs
- Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans within defined hiring costs
- Formulating and leading employment branding initiatives
- Performing sourcing to fill open positions and anticipating future needs
- Planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls
- Ensuring positive candidate experiences
- Enhancing employee retention and development
- Participating in career fairs, university talks, assessment centers, and other events
- Utilising metrics to analyse recruitment data and identify areas for improvement
- Leading ad hoc HR projects as and when required

- Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field
- 12-15+ years of work experience in talent acquisition within retail sector
- Prior team leading experience within the talent acquisition function
- Well-experienced in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Solid understanding of all selection methods, techniques and assessment tools
- Proficiency making good use of social media and various sourcing channels
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Excellent communicator with good influencing skills
- A team leader and strategic thinker
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
