About The Company
Our client is a global supply chain management company. They are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Director to lead their HR Business Partnering and Compensation & Benefits remit. You will play a critical role in shaping and driving a sound HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objective. You will lead a team, provide strategic guidance, and deliver innovative HR solutions to support the organisation's growth and success.

About The Role
Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, you will take lead of the HRBP & C&B CoE function:

  1. HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives, challenges and talent requirements
  • Provide expert HR consultation, guidance, and support to business leaders in areas such as organizational design, talent management, performance management, employee engagement and change management
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR programmes, policies, and practices across the organization
  • Drive the development and execution of HRBP initiatives to enhance employee experience and drive a high-performance culture
  1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy to attract, retain and motivate top talent
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programmes, including salary structures, bonus plans, and equity programmes
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective management of compensation and benefits programmes
  1. HR Strategy and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the C-suite executives to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and growth plans
  • Drive the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programmes to support organizational goals and enhance employee experience
  • Collaborate with other HR leaders to ensure integration and consistency of HR practices and initiatives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior HR leadership role, preferanly as an HR Director or similar capacity
  • Prior experience from similar industry settings e.g. aviation, transportation, freight, 3PL etc
  • Strong expertise in HR Business Partner and Compensation & Benefits functions
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and development HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR programmes and initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment
