About The Client
Our client is an industry leader within the technology sector. To cope with company expansion, they are hiring an additional legal counsel to join as part of the team. This role will start off with a 2-year contract, with potential to turn into perm.
About The Role
Reporting into the General Counsel, you will support business units and offer sound legal advice - this includes reviewing, drafting and negotiating various client contracts, corporate matters and also involve in the development of existing company policies and manuals. This role will also support on company secretarial matters as well as other regulatory compliance matters. Ad hoc projects will also be assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 2-4+ years of post-qualified experience gained from law firm and in-house environment (ideally tech-savvy industries). You will come with strong people and communications skills, also with high proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Immediately available candidates will be highly regarded.
