Manager/Senior Manager Finance

About the Client

Our client is a household name FMCG brand. Currently they are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager Finance to join their team.

About the Role

  • Report to the Finance Director
  • Lead a team for sales accounting for Hong Kong business
  • Work closely with distributors
  • Manage cashflow, inventory and AR
  • Streamline existing processes and strengthen internal control
  • Lead finance transformation projects
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience from Retail/FMCG
  • Strong at driving finance transformation projects, e.g. process enhancement, accounting system implementation
  • Experience in using SAP is preferred
  • Fast-paced, analytical and able to multi-task
  • Strong at influencing stakeholders and managing changes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Immediately available is an advantage
