About the company

Our client is a well-known retail bank group in Hong Kong. To cope with the business expansion, they are now looking for high caliber to join them as their Product Head of Retail Loans Product.

About the role

Reporting to the Division Head of Banking Products, you will lead a team in managing overall product planning and portfolio management of retail lending products (including unsecured Loans and SME Loans), ranging from product design, product launch implementation, digital development to business sales performance evaluation. You have to design new product programs and increase channel sales effectively from portfolio sales analysis results. You are required to oversee the product flow operations and taking lead in product innovation development. In addition, you will suggest product insights for improving customer journey to maximize business profitability.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of product development experience in unsecured lending / secured loans / card business in retail banks required.
  • Solid digital project experience of banking products is definitely an advantage.
  • Sound retail loans product operation knowledge with good product marketing background.
  • Strong business sense, good leadership and excellent project management skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager position.
