Responsibilities
- Provide customer services and reception services at the office including answering telephone calls and enquiries, visitor greetings, and other reception counter services
- Arrange courier, conference room & hotel bookings, and travel schedule update
- Perform the procurement function in the acquisition of various office supplies on a regular and project basis
- Assist in organizing of company event, annual Dinners & Corporate brand events
- Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties
- Support and handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements
- A recognized diploma in any discipline
- More than 1 year of working experience in office administration or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese (Chinese word processing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Immediate availability is preferable
