About the Client

Our client is a stable and sizable corporation within FMCG sector with regional presence. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Regional Talent Management Manager.

About the role

  • Manage the ongoing identification and assessment of high potential colleagues across the organization
  • Define/review the criteria, definitions, frameworks, and business leader engagement plan for high-potential identification, ensuring alignment with strategic capability requirements, and with a focus on building the organization's leadership pipeline (at all levels)
  • Ensure systems are in place that enable clear and efficient talent identification by business leaders, where possible, leveraging the organization's HRIS
  • Support HiPo's in creating individual development plans, and acquiring new skills, experiences, and knowledge necessary for future leadership roles
  • Manage the corporation's succession plan.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Development / Talent Management gained in sizeable organizations
  • Solid understanding and be passionate about staff management
  • Independent, proactive and with outstanding influencing skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
