About our Client

Our client is one of the leading European first-tier luxury labels and they are currently in search for a sales oriented Retail Manager to drive the daily sales for the boutiques located in Macau.

About the Role

  • Leading the store team members in achieving sales target as assigned by the company
  • Develop and implement sales strategies on maximizing sales performance
  • Develop strategic plans for talent promotion
  • Coordinate with all internal departments to provide full support to retail stores

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant disciplines
  • A minimum of 6 years of retail sales management experience
  • Excellent analytical, numeric and people management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Willingness to station in Macau is a MUST. Open to Hong Kong citizens.
