About the Company
Our client is a MNC and market leader in Logistic field. They are now looking for Sales Manager to support their call centre operation in B2B channel.
Responibility
- Report to department Head, leading a team of 8 corporate sales respresentative
- Work closly with internal and external parties across the area of products, to achieve sales targets and business KPIs, and provide excellent services to customers
- Handling inbound and outbound calles, assistant team member to achieve personal targets
- To monitor the Service Level Agreement (SLA), manage and deliver the projects within agreed schedule, cost and quality
- Conduct regular services calls / service reviews with clients to promote efficiency, look for service improvements and seek for further business opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above at least 5 years of solid client service / relationship management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Putonghua is an advantage
