Job Description

Our client is a well-known luxury company. They are looking for a high calibre to bring an entrepreneurial element to the team.

Responsibility

  • Train your team to deliver a personalized shopping experience for each customer
  • Work with merchandising team on product selection
  • Overall store management including stock operations, inventory level and visual merchandising
  • Be the key person to drive sales for categories which are underperformed
  • Work closely with back office team for events
  • Propose innovative ideas to expand market coverage

Requiremrnts

  • At least 8 years experience of management experience with strong business acumen
  • Be aggressive with strong commercial acumen
  • Possess high energy to motivate your team
  • Experienced in handling VIP
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
