About the Client

An industry leading organization headquartered in Hong Kong with business spanning across Asia Pacific and China is now seeking for high caliber individual to join them as the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager.

About the Role

  • Report to Head of Compensation & Benefits
  • Supervise and manage company-wide compensation and benefits programs for Hong Kong and overseas market including but not limited to annual workforce budget planning, annual salary benchmarking, annual bonus pay-out, monthly payroll processing, taxation, medical insurance renewal and other C&B related projects
  • Manage the HR digital transformation, including but not limited to, HRIS implementation and other HR process review, also being the subject matter expert of HRIS and key contact for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
  • Perform job evaluation, compensation survey, salary benchmarking and related cost analysis, to recommend and implement a competitive C&B strategy that reflects local needs and respective statutory requirements
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of best C&B trends and practice across region
  • Establish and maintain effective relationship with key stakeholders across different business functions

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources Management and or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in full spectrum of compensation and benefits with local and regional exposure is a MUST
  • Proven capacity in the management and handling of annual C&B exercises and projects
  • True subject matter expert by advising effective C&B initiatives in accordance to business goals
  • Experience in the selection and implementation of HR system on a regional level is preferred
  • Good understanding of local and regional employment ordinances
  • Strong communication, influencing and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient user of MS Office will be an advantage
