About our Client

Our client is a reputale fashion retail brand, headquarter in Europe. Due to market bounce back, they are currently looking for a seasoned (Senior) Compensation & Benefits Officer to join the team and regional offices.

About the Role

  • Responsible for a full spectrum of C&B functions such as payroll operation, final payment, MPF, attendance & leave management, taxation and benefits & insurance administration
  • Maintain and ensure up-to-date employee record
  • Compile periodic HR reports and analysis for management review
  • Assist HR manager in annual budgeting and annual C&B exercise
  • Participate in organizing employee relation activities
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties if required

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With minimum 3 years of experience in C&B operation, ideally from retail industry or multinational companies
  • Motivated, proactive and with strong numerical sense
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (including Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
