About the Role

  • Develop customer retention strategies and create exceptional experiences for members in lifestyle events
  • Maintain strong member relationships and effectively communicate feedback to management
  • Manage website and social media content updates with accuracy and timeliness
  • Enhance the quality of marketing communications to align with the brand image and value proposition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the regular marketing campaign
  • Assist in procurement activities, tenders, and other administrative tasks by providing necessary requirements and documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in private clubs, credit card loyalty programs, hospitality, event, and function industry
  • Degree holder in business administration, marketing, hospitality, or related discipline
  • Proven experience in website management and revamping projects
  • Relevant experience in liaising with design and printing agencies for marketing collaterals
  • High team spirit to work with others, customer-centric, creative, self-motivated, attention to detail, and result-oriented
  • Able to work during non-office hours, Saturdays and Sundays, and Public Holidays
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
