About The Client
Our client is a sizeable conglomerate with growing presence in Hong Kong and China. They are now hiring an all-round HR practitioner to join as part of the Group level management team. The role will report into the Chief HR Officer and leads a small team, assuming all-round day-to-day HR responsibilities whilst provide support to senior management on special projects and mandates.
About The Role
As the Senior HR Manager, you will assume HR Generalist responsibilities as below:
- Delivering effective support to the CHRO and the wider business, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR function
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes and formulate talent acquisition strategies
- Advising colleagues on company policy, and assist with the development and implementation of new policies
- Being a first port of call for employee relations and employe branding initiatives
- Managing and developing the business' compensation and benefits systems, benchmark and analyses
- Implementing learning and development activities by coordinating training sessions, managing attendance and gathering and evaluating employee feedback
- Build succession plans and talent management framework
- Maintaining up-to-date, accessible and accurate HR records
- Act as part of the HR project manager
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be/ have:
- A degree holder in Human Resources or relevant discipline
- 12-15+ years of HR generalist experience gained from sizeable companies, prior experience working within a Group level role highly regarded
- 'Can-do' attitude with good sportsmanship mentality will excel in this role
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese
- Willingness to travel to China as required
- Immediately available candidates highly regarded
