In view of this, they are now hiring a seasoned HR Director to join and play a strategic role in shaping and implementing sound HR initiatives.

About The Role
As the HR Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources strategies, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of HR leadership and a passion for building and maintaining a high-performing and engaged workforce.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a positive employee experience journey
- Develop and implement employee engagement programmes to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction
- Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans
- Design and revamp competitive compensation and benefits programmes to attract and retain top talents
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address organisational challenges and support business objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR leader, preferable within the infrastructure space (engineering, property, ports, utilities)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (both in English and Chinese)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
- Strong stakeholders management and influencing skills within an ambiguous environment
