About Our Client

Our client is a large-scale commercial group, they are now seeking for an Executive Assistant to serve their Director on all-round secretarial and administrative support.



About The Role:

  • Manage complex calendars for the Director, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening and redirecting incoming calls, emails, and other communications as necessary.
  • Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support the Director in making informed decisions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication on behalf of the Director.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both locally and internationally.
  • Assist with personal matters, such as managing personal appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Director and proactively provide support to optimize their productivity.
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the Director.



The Successful Applicant:

  • 3 years or above experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting senior executive.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and last-minute changes.
  • Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Open to candidates from all industry backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
