Job Description

C&B Specialist (6-month contract, up to $28k)

  • Luxury brand in travel products
  • C&B focus, HK & Macau market
  • 5-day work, 6-month contract (renewable)
  • Location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Responsibilities

  • Administer end-to-end payroll operation from onboarding to offboarding, including payment arrangement and final payment calculation to ensure timely and proper settlement
  • Assure smooth payroll processing and salary administration by verifying attendance and leave records of frontline staff in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Prepare excel reports and cross check the payroll data before and after uploading to system
  • Handle C&B operations not limited to MPF enrolment and administration, data maintenance, calculation of commission, invoicing, etc.
  • Provide insights and assist in C&B projects including identifying system issue, enhancing rewards scheme, budgeting and cost analysis, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in C&B or payroll operations, preferably in luxury / retail / hospitality markets
  • Sophisticated in payroll operations including calculation of commissions / incentives for frontline staff and MPF administration
  • Well-versed in labour ordinance in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Detail-minded, strong numerical and analytical sense
  • Proficient in MS Excel; Knowledge in IPL or Oracle will be a plus
