About the Client

We are representing a well-known education organization with top world ranking across the world, and looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to join their team.

About the Role

  • Report to HR Department Head, supervising a team of 6-8
  • Oversee HR operations on a daily basis, including talent sourcing, C&B, performance management and staff issues
  • Maintain close relationships with internal departments and business heads to make proactive and appropriate recommendations
  • Provide administrative support and compile reports/ analysis for internal stakeholder's review
  • Assist in HR policy review, enhance the company HR services in order to drive employee's satisfaction
  • Assist in any related HR projects if required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years of HR generalist and/or HR account servicing experience, preferably from quasi-government organization or education sector
  • Great interpersonal, communication and stakeholder's management skills
  • Mature, detail-minded and organized
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office
