About the client

Our client is a five-star hotel luxury group with headquartered in Hong Kong SAR, the group owns and operates 100+ hotels under different brands. They are now looking for a key member to join their global brand team based in the headquarters office in Hong Kong. The position is a new headcount due to their business expansion.

About the role

This position will report to the VP of Group Marketing.

The Senior Manager of Brand Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives of global brand building and consumer engagement of the Group, as well as driving the full development process of retail consumer products. To work with teams and operations leaders to ensure the effective and impressive launch of brand marketing initiatives. Able to develop global marketing, activation toolkits, campaign, product assets, and deployment guidelines to support key initiatives at a global or regional level. Identify and implement brand partnerships, have scheduled plans to drive the execution of the scope of work for internal and external creative partners, and direct, manage and oversee projects to ensure high-quality delivery.

Play an active role in communicating key brand marketing initiatives effectively, and coordinate with various internal partners to understand business needs, impact, and expectations into desired brand products and experience across HEOS, F&B, Wellness, Family Experience, Rooms, Events, Environment, and Communication with the implementation plan.

The successful applicant

  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in brand marketing development
  • Experience in world-class consumer goods, luxury, or hospitality will be a plus
  • Ability to lead end-to-end planning and execute marketing campaigns, developing products & experience and activate
  • An excellent analytical, critical thinker with an expert-level understanding of branding, business, and strategic planning
  • Proven track record of developing brand strategies, guidelines, creatives, and content, planning and executing consumer quantitative and qualitative research
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with solid skill and experience rallying partners and external agencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
