About The Client

Our client is a renowned commercial company in Hong Kong and they are looking for Senior/Data Analyst to join their team.

Job Description

  • Perform data analytical tasks across customer demographics and segmentation to strengthen customer targeting
  • Generate market data from salesforce CRM, evaluate loyalty program/business performance result and advise actionable insight to management
  • Utilize Python, SQL and Power to analyse large data sets and dashboard building
  • Work closely with internal sales, after sales and other teams to drive data-driven decision-making processes
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout all analysis processes



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in conducting statistical customer analysis and dashboard creation, preferably in retail industry
  • Proficient in data modeling and data visualization using SQL, Python and PowerBI
  • Familiar with Salesforce CRM (Marketing Cloud) is an absolute advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong sense of data sensitivity and privacy
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
