Job Description
Our client is looking for a manager with strong leadership to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Set KPI and sales target
- Closely monitor the daily sales performance of the store
- Observe and give feedback to team members on customer service
- Lead by example to provide an excellent customer journey
Requirements
- Diploma or degree is an advantage
- At least 5 years of management experience ideally from cosmetics or skincare sector
- Great command of English and Mandarin
