About our Client

Our client is a luxury Skincare company and is seeking for a high calibre candidate to join their Travel Retail team as a Regional Training Manager to oversee the retail training programs of the Southeast Asia region.

About the Role

  • Plan and execute training programs for TR division focus on Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines markets
  • Deliver in-store coaching and assess the results
  • Organise and conduct classroom training program independently
  • Ensure training programs and all training materials are aligned with the company training direction
  • Evaluate existing training programs by reviewing performance and communicating with the TR vendors as well as own management
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Around 50% of travel is needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years solid experience in retail training preferable in Beauty & Luxury Goods
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Pro-active, resourceful and result-oriented
  • Southeast Asia regional exposure is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience in delivering training and coaching to frontline sales team
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, i.e. MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Chinese word processing
