About our Client

Our client is a reputable multinational bank, they are currently looking for a Assistant Manager, People Advisory to join the team.

About the Role

  • Performs transactions related to HR speciality with a high degree of accuracy, including but not limited to on/off boarding, benefit updates, employee assignment changes and staff movement
  • Response to employee enquiries related to HR matters on a daily basis
  • Be responsible for the internal administration of any global mobility assignments
  • Work in conjunction with HRBP and other HR counterparts to understand what other central services could be provided
  • Building sustainable relationships with senior colleagues within the business
  • Supporting HR Directors in landing key strategic people goals
  • Preparing HR Business Services plan and ensuring this is aligned to wider HR Plan

The Successful Candidate

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With 5 years of experience in full spectrum of HR work, preferably in sizeable organisation
  • Knowledge with Hong Kong Employment Ordinates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in stakeholders management and multitasking skills
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
