About our Client

Our client is a contemporary luxury hotel with business span across Asia. A rare opportunity has arisen and they are now inviting a Director of Food & Beverage to help driving their food and beverage businesses.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for managing the food and beverage business for the luxury hotel based in Hong Kong. You will oversee the food and beverage division and responsible for implementing business strategies to improve operational workflow and to achieve business goals. Besides financial responsibilities and business management, you will be providing regular training for your team to uplift performance and service standards to improve overall guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' working experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally gained from international 5-star hotel groups and/or fine dining restaurants, with a minimum of 4 years' at a managerial position
  • Creative, analytical, charismatic with strong attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and influential skills is also required for this position
  • Proficiency in English is a prerequisite for this role
