About Our Client

Our client is a well-established retail and corporate banking corporation with a long history in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Team Head of the Retail Banking Financial Control team.

About The Role

Reporting to the CFO, you will ensure the timely delivery of P&L reports and commentaries of the Bank's Retail Banking business. You will be the business partner to the Head of Retail Banking, advising them on the real time business performance with detail analytical reports. You should ensure all product control related policies and procedures are properly adopted to be consistent with the Group policy. There will be a lot of opportunities working with other stakeholders to support the development and enhancement of newly established FP&A function.

The Successful Applicant

You should be a degree holder in Finance or Accounting with a CPA or CFA qualification. You should be a good team player and leader with exceptional communication skills and FP&A knowledge. You should have at least 10 years or relevant experience in the product control field in the Retail Banking industry and 5 years of managerial experience. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
