About Our Client
Our client is a well-established bank in Hong Kong. They are now restructuring the HR team and is looking for a seasoned HR shared services calibre to join as the functional lead and make an impact in enhancing overall HR services & solutions delivery. 15+ years relevant experience (ideally from banking sector) will be required for this role, and competitive package offered to attract the right candidate.
About The Role
As an integral part of the HR function, you will supervise a team and support with the full upgrading of HR Shared Services. You will create a strategy for designing HR-related work, systems and technologies to stand up the HR shared services function. You will partner closely with the business and HR leadership team to create and implement a strategic vision for HR shared services, and also work with different business teams to design on centric service processes and systems. You will drive the transformation and improve stakeholders' experience by growing operational efficiencies. You will foster a customer focus and culture throughout the organisation and be viewed as a change leader, develop a clear service level standards that define expectations and create accountability for delivering enhanced value through HR services, also continuously improve the quality of HR data and the integrity of downstream analytics to ensure meaningful and trustworthy business metrics.
Requirements
To qualify, you will be a degree holder in HR Management or relevant disciplines, with 15+ years experience within HR systems and HR Shared Services area (ideally from banking sector). You will demonstrate strong management skills and hands-on experience building and managing an internal HR Shared Services model, alongside strong stakeholders management skills to influence key business decisions as required. High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential for this role.
