About The Client
Our client is a growing insurance company in Hong Kong. They are now inviting a seasoned HR Business Partner to join and lead the BP CoE function.
About The Role
Reporting into the CHRO, you will:
- Be a true business partner to the designated portfolio (inclusive of frontline sales)
- Undestand business objectives and provide dynamic solutions using experience, data analyses, and organisational agility to guide decision making
- Coach and consult departmental leaders in order to support business vision, mission and overall objectives
- Deliver comprehensive and consumer-driven people service aligning with people management and commercial strategies
- Work closely and advise senior business leaders on HR matters, this would be across the whole employee lifecycle: end to end recruitment, talent sourcing strategies, employee disputes, on off boarding, performance management and talent management etc
- Drive and manage ad hoc company wide HR projects as assigned to achieve company objectives and transformation initiatives
Requirements
To qualify, you will be/have:
- A degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 15+ years of HRBP experience preferably from Insurance or Financial Services sector
- A people leader with prior team supervisory experience
- Well-versed in full spectrum of HR function, and a proven HR advisor to senior management and Csuites
- Demonstrate strong ccommunications, interpersonal and influencing skills despite a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines
- Love challenging status quo, take initaitives and able to priories workload with minimal supervision
- Proficient in English and Chinese required
- Immediate available candidates will be of advantage
