About The Client
Our client is a fortune 500 MNC, currently looking for a Talent Management Manager to join as part of the regional people & culture team.

About The Role
Reporting into the Talent Management Director, this will be an individual contributor role with regional responsibilities. Your key role will be to design and execute on the talent strategies that attract, develop, retain and engage employees. This role will be ideal for someone who has a passion for coming up with meaningful and creative ways that enable people to be the best in their roles while supporting strategic business goals.

  • Manage the annual performance management cycle working alongside HR team in rollout of goal setting, performance reviews and managing the performance calendar
  • Drive talent review process; work towards the goal of improving potential and performance of team members
  • Innovate performance management approaches, in support of company culture and pay for performance compensation model
  • Design and lead approach to gathering, maintaining, and analysing quantitative and qualitative data that provides true data insights for talent management
  • Develop strategy and programmes for People Development, for employees at different levels
  • Conduct 360 surveys for leaders and managers using available tools and follow up with actions to help with employees' career development
  • Partner with management team across the organisation to developed shared goals for success, with special focus on nurturing young talents
  • Establish an engaging recognition programme aligned to company culture and business goals
  • Chart out and execute new ways to enhance employee experience, cultivating strong corporate culture and employer branding
  • Drive employee wellness agenda and establish programmes that can cater to a wider employee base across multiple geographies
  • Collaborate with key senior stakeholders to ensure solutions are relevant, drive key business outcomes, align to key talent strategies, and reinforce the culture across the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience gained from sizeable MNCs, with an emphasis on Talent Development, Engagement and people processes
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to lead with cultural awareness across a diverse, multinational and matrix organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across a range of stakeholders
  • Adept at using data and metrics to make decisions
  • Strong project management skills and discipline to deliver results
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
