About The Client

Our client is a well-established manufacturing & trading company in Hong Kong and they are seeking for IT Manager to join their team.

Job Description

  • Lead and drive ERP system integration and application migration and enhancement projects in group level
  • Oversee full project life cycle including planning, organizing, budgeting, facilitating delivery throughout the whole project lifecycle
  • Identify business needs and establish necessary service workflow, behind technical solution engineering
  • Lead internal team, work closely with stakeholders and manage vendor to design suitable technical solutions for system implementation
  • Review and analyse the existing process, and provide recommendation for improvement
  • Coach internal teammates and conduct training when necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
  • Proficient in Oracle EBS/JDE system and database management
  • 10 years of working experience in IT system with leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain or trading industries
  • Strong project management background and able to work with all levels of business
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and C-Suite
  • Proficient in MS SQL Server, Crystal Report, VB Scripts
  • Excellent in problem-solving and highly organized
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
