About Our Client

Our client is an asset management company. They are now seeking for a detail-minded and reliable individual to join them as the Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant.

About The Role:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate meeting room reservations, ensuring availability, and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, including stationery, name cards, and other essential items.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and maintaining proper records.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2 year's working experience in customer service field preferred
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, with a friendly and welcoming approach.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
