Job Description
Our client is looking for a Trainer to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for field coaching and in-store training
- Identify the area of improvement for stores and staff
- Give feedback & evaluation for the performance improvement
- Manage the training calendar and update training reports regularly
- Ensure the training plan can be applied to each Boutique and in line with training objectives
- Tailor made training plan to individual staff including product knowledge, customer service and leadership
- Responsible for orientation
Requirements
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of training experience in retail industry
- Good command in Chinese and English
