Job Description

Our client is looking for a Trainer to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for field coaching and in-store training
  • Identify the area of improvement for stores and staff
  • Give feedback & evaluation for the performance improvement
  • Manage the training calendar and update training reports regularly
  • Ensure the training plan can be applied to each Boutique and in line with training objectives
  • Tailor made training plan to individual staff including product knowledge, customer service and leadership
  • Responsible for orientation

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of training experience in retail industry
  • Good command in Chinese and English
