About the Client

An industry leading organization with global business presence, is now seeking for a seasoned individual to join them as Total Rewards Manager focuses on C&B annual exercises and projects.

About the Role

  • Directly report to the Head of Total Rewards
  • Manage annual salary and benefits review cycle from a global perspective
  • Work closely with line managers & HR CoE to develop competitive pay structures, while maintaining internal equity and review/design reward schemes for front line and office staff.
  • Develop, review and implement rewards related policies from a global perspective
  • Participate in annual salary and benefits surveys, manage data submission, analyze results and recommend appropriate market adjustments as necessary.
  • Work with selected vendors and in close partnership with Benefits/Wellness expert to provide competitive benefits and wellness programs, while optimizing costs and meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate the annual salary, bonus and benefits review process.
  • Provide budgetary advice to country HR and Finance as necessary.
  • Assist in any HR project if required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor and/or Master's holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 10+ years of hands-on Total Rewards experience, preferably in a sizeable organizations/ MNCs
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong and overseas Employment Ordinance, Taxation Law and other related ordinances
  • Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, PPT & Excel)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
