The revised PRC Individual Income Tax (IIT) Law and its relevant regulations became effective on 1 January, 2019. Are you prepared?
The new IIT framework has introduced a number of new concepts. For example, a 183-day tax resident rule, a 6-year rule, itemized deductions, a provisional tax withholding system, and an annual reconcilia- tion tax, etc.
