About the Client

Our client is an industry leading consumer goods trading & distributor with global presence. With a strong record of success and an ever-evolving business portfolio, they are now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Human Resources Manager - Talent Acquisition.

About the Role

For this position, you will be reporting directly to the Human Resources Director while leading a small team in handling full range of talent planning and attraction. You will be required take lead in the development and implementation of talent acquisition policy, procedure and programs aligned with Company objectives. Moreover, you will need to review and analyze recruitment process to achieve and ensure best HR practice while maintaining up to date knowledge with local employment regulations and practices to ensure all operation units are prepared for relevant changes. Finally, you will be involved in the review of all policies and procedures related to talent movement and sourcing.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 15 years of working experience as an expert in talent acquisition with both agency and inhouse exposure is preferred
  • Experience in driving change and enhance for recruitment process and initiative will be an advantage
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Good project management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient user in MS office
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
