About the Client

Our client is a well-developed MNC in the Manufacturing sector . They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate individual to join them as the Talent Acquisition Manager.


About the role

  • Act as a business partner, work with line managers on people solution in talent acquisition, performance management and employee engagement
  • Design recruitment approaches/media and content of job information
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Handle staff issues and provide counselling as and when necessary
  • Handle staff re-deployment and retention programs
  • Participate in ad hoc projects or assignments as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years recruitment / talent acquisition experience gained in sizeable organizations
  • Familiar with human resources practice and well-versed in employment ordinance
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
