About The Client
Our client is in the midst of a business transition / transformation and currently looking to recruit a Project Management Consultant Lead to sit under the Human Resources team.

About The Role
- Drive key transformation and strategy initiatives from ideation to impact
- Determine projects scope, analyse strengths, weaknesses and risks of project plans and to recommend improvement solutions
- Drive growth for the business while guiding the team and stakeholders to realise efficiencies
- Focus on driving impact in close collaboration with senior leaders like working at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
- Enjoy significant exposure to the most senior executives within and throughout the organisation

Requirements
To qualify, you will come with proven experience running strategy and transformation projects to goaled outcomes preferably from professional services or strategy consulting firms. You will build strong partnerships within the organisations with members of leadership, support teams and business partners. You will be an experienced Senior Manager or above with 15-20+ years of relevant business operations / operational strategy / project management background. Proficiency in English and Chinese will be required.
