Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Lead the team to provide one-stop concierge service to office tenants at Grade A commercial property and shoppers at the mall.
- Identify new services to customers.
- Manage customers' complaints, inquiries and feedbacks in any form from all channels, in a courteous and efficient manner, and able to work as a team to achieve company's key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support promotional programs and continuously strengthen relations with tenants and shoppers.
- To assist in VIP tour and escorting.
- Perform ad hoc tasks when required.
- Shift duty is required.
REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma or Certificate in related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in customer service industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Attentive with positive customer service attitude.
- Good command in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) is a must.
