Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting the boutique
  • Greet clients and ensure they have a comfortable wait by offering drinks, showing catalogs, and organizing the queue and waiting area
  • Manage queue management tools and inform clients of waiting times
  • Keep track of upcoming client appointments and welcome them accordingly
  • Help clients make appointments for future visits
  • Collect client inquiries and provide information on product availability and waiting times
  • Direct clients to the right person once they become available
  • Provide support for boutique operations when needed

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
  • Experience in the luxury retail industry is preferred.
  • Customer-oriented, action-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday
  • Immediate availability is preferable

Working Hours:

  • 1100-2200 (9hrs)

Working locations:

  • Tsim Sha Tsui/Causeway Bay
