Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting the boutique
- Greet clients and ensure they have a comfortable wait by offering drinks, showing catalogs, and organizing the queue and waiting area
- Manage queue management tools and inform clients of waiting times
- Keep track of upcoming client appointments and welcome them accordingly
- Help clients make appointments for future visits
- Collect client inquiries and provide information on product availability and waiting times
- Direct clients to the right person once they become available
- Provide support for boutique operations when needed
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
- Experience in the luxury retail industry is preferred.
- Customer-oriented, action-oriented, and well-organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday
- Immediate availability is preferable
Working Hours:
- 1100-2200 (9hrs)
Working locations:
- Tsim Sha Tsui/Causeway Bay
