Responsibilities
- Prepare regular reports to keep track the business performance
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure proper execution of initiatives on venues or projects
- Obtain, conduct and analysis market research, including market trend, consumers' insight
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Assist Manager in resource management, such as budget control
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Working experience in a customer service oriented environment with strong emphasis on business planning in Luxury industry will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with data analysis using different tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is preferable
- High sensitivity on the quality and compliance in the course of work
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin language skills would be an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferable
