Responsibilities:
Accountant [AP focus]
- Process and review invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries and issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standard
Accountant [Payroll]
- Process payroll for employees on a regular basis, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits
- Maintain payroll records and employee information in compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies
- Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll accounts
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to address payroll-related inquiries and issues
- Stay up-to-date on payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Assistant Accountant [Full Set]
- Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statements
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Manage cash flow and budgeting processes
- Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
