Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Monitor cash flow, budget, and forecast to support financial decision-making
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on handling the full set of accounts
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
