Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate school programs (extracurricular activities, after-school program etc.)
- Monitor, measure and review supplier performance and maintain good relationship with vendors
- Follow-up with external parties to ensure timely payments
- Negotiate with suppliers and responsible for benchmarking exercise
- Liaise and coordinate with external and external parties for travel arrangement
- Manage invoicing and billing systems
- Research on different flight options and book according to the school's budget and scheduling needs
- Handling the entire procurement cycle ranging from specifications review, sourcing, compilation of tender documents, tender assessment, contract award to delivery of goods and services
- Support procurement activities including compiling and maintaining all documentation for purchase requisition, quotation/tendering and purchase order
- Assist in any other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Associate degree or above in Business Administration, or other related disciplines
- At least 1 year of administration and procurement experience
- Experience in procurement / school administration is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is preferable

- 9 hours per day, Five Day Work
