Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for general clerical service work
- Maintain and organize sale and inventory related documentation
- Support Sales Team documents including purchase order, promotion forms, reports & delivery arrangement etc.
- Keep track of the warehouse stock and inventory system
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience of admin or sales support in retail industry is preferable
- Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel
- Organized, hardworking and sensitive to data and numbers
- Immediate availability is preferable
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
