Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures at registration counters and self-service baggage facilities
- Provide reception services and answer customer inquiries at service counters
- Conduct crowd management at boarding counters, boarding gates, and transfer counters
Requirements
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 5-day work week, including shift work
Paid training
- 13 days of paid training before starting work (training salary is $9,360 and will be paid monthly during the first three months of work)
Salary and benefits
- Monthly salary of $18000 (working 5 days a week, 9 hours per day)
- Up to $1000 attendance bonus (for no sick leave, personal leave, or late/early departure)
- Up to $1000 shift allowance (for any work hours outside of 0700-2300)
- $3000 Quarterly discretionary bonus for the first 3 quarters, $9000 annual bonus for the last quarter
- For example, based on a 12-month contract, $3000 will be paid for each season (3 months) and $9000 will be paid at the completion of 12 months
- 12 days annual leaves and public holiday
- Monthly salary payment via automatic transfer
