About The Client
We are seeking for highly skilled and experienced Application Support Specialist to join a global medical device company.
Job Description
- Report to global head, provide application support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, both remotely and onsite
- Assist in application installation, data integrity, configuration, deployment of new software and hardware devices
- Conduct thorough analysis of application and system problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and systems
- Document technical issues and prepare user training
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical/application support, preferably working at sizable company or IT consulting companies
- With client facing experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge in SQL, Oracle Database, PL/SQL or MSSQL
- Familiar with inventory, laboratory, analyzer management systems is an advantage
- Willing to learn, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command in both English and Chinese (Fluent in both Cantonese & Mandarin)
