About The Client
Our client is a local technology advisor and they are looking for Application Support Specialist to join their IT team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Report to IT manager, provide technical support for application and resolve technical issues
- Response requests, conduct data migration, system testing and deployment, troubleshooting and prepare bugs reporting
- Work closely with internal and clients on system improvement projects
- Assist in user training preparation and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years in application support
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues
- Familiar with SQL and Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge in Java, Python and JavaScript programming is an absolute advantage
- Responsible and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
