Job Description
Our client is a leading Japanese F&B retail chain stores in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for Area Supervisor to oversee up to 10 stores and manage a frontline sales team to create and maintain a good customer service experience for the customers.
About The Role:
- Support the day to day store operations of 5-7 shops including sales, inventory movements, people management etc.
- Maintain a high level of customer service standard
- Follow company's operational policies and procedures, including those for safety and security, quality and hygiene to ensure the safety of all staffs during each shifs
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Provides food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Develops a good relationship with good team spirit within the shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns
工作範圍：
- 管理店舖日常運作，確保銷售及店舖各樣順暢，編更，落貨，培訓新人等
- 銷售產品，為顧客提供優質服務、產品資訊及專業意見
- 帶領團隊達致公司所訂立的銷售目標
- 指導和監督銷售、倉存，以提供流暢顧客服務；
- 執行安全及健康守則，及防盜守則。
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of retail experience plus 2 years of supervisory experience in retail and F&B
- Excellent leadership and communications skills
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Energetic, customer-focused and passion in sports and fashion
- Immediate Available is preferred
