About the Client
Our client is a prestigious hospitality group in Hong Kong with hotels, serviced apartments and clubs across Hong Kong, China and South East Asia. They are now looking for an Assistant Chief Engineer to join their growing team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, your will be responsible for managing building services systems, and manage improvement, upgrade and replacement projects in the engineering department for a prestigious private club in Hong Kong. You will lead a team on engineering projects according to the group's standard, local guidelines, policies, procedures, code of practices, and regulations. Lastly, you are responsible in managing department budget and monitor the performance of contractors.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or building services or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 6 years' experience in similar role in building or property maintenance, hotel or club experience is highly preferred
- Service oriented, excellent leadership skills and substantial engineering practical knowledge
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English is a prerequisite for this role
